What’s up baby garandeert dat de bestelde produkten aan de klant worden gestuurd. Wanneer onverhoopt mocht blijken dat de verkeerde spullen verzonden zijn, kan de klant deze terugsturen. De verzendkosten voor het opsturen van de produkten naar de klant worden vergoed. De juiste produkten worden alsnog verstuurd zodra de verkeerd gezonden produkten terug zijn bij What’s up baby. De extra kosten van het opnieuw zenden van de juiste produkten worden niet doorberekend naar de klant.

What’s up baby is niet verantwoordelijk voor onjuiste gegevens verstrekt door de klant. Extra kosten voortvloeiende uit onjuiste gegevens van de klant worden doorberekend aan die klant.

What’s up baby houdt zich het recht voor om de prijzen op de website zonder kennisgeving aan te passen. Alle prijzen vermeld op de bevestiging van de bestelling zijn de daadwerkelijke prijzen op de website ten tijde van de bevestiging. De prijzen genoemd op de website zijn niet bindend, deze kunnen typfouten bevatten.

What’s up baby is an official dealer off all the brands that it offers. All products are directly obtained from either the manufacturer or the official distributor for the Netherlands.

The product satisfies the criteria posed by the Dutch law and by general safety requirements.

Services on products are performed with authentic parts and according to the directions of the manufacturer.

The warranty offered by What’s up baby covers the items it supplies with regard to construction faults and faulty materials. The warranty period is as the manufacturer of the product establishes and within this period the warranty consists of the sending of spare or replacing parts free of charge. Only if necessary the product itself will be repaired or replaced, again at no cost.
